GETVISION Group Ltd and its affiliates (“GETVISION,” “we,” or “us”), a company incorporated in Cyprus with its registered office at Archiepiskoupou Makariou III, 95 Charitini Court, 1st floor, Flat/Office 102, 1071 Nicosia, Cyprus, provides its content on amgetvision.com and any associated websites, applications, or platforms that link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

We may periodically update these Terms without prior notice, so please check back from time to time. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. 1. Copyrights

All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and the selection and arrangement thereof, as well as any concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, software, or other technology underlying or embedded in the foregoing (collectively, the “Site Content”), is the exclusive property of GETVISION or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws, including those of the Republic of Cyprus, the European Union, and international treaties.

The Site Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, altered, uploaded, published, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our prior written permission, except as specified in Section 3 below. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

2. Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”), including but not limited to GETVISION, Founders to Founders, RaiseTalks, and GETVISION ASIA, are the registered and unregistered trademarks of GETVISION and its affiliates or licensors. You agree that you will not use or reproduce the Trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, take unfair advantage of, or cause detriment to GETVISION or its licensors, or that could imply any endorsement by or relationship with GETVISION without our prior written consent.

You further agree that, except as expressly permitted by us, you will not refer to or attribute any information to GETVISION in any public medium (including press releases, websites, or social media) for advertising or promotional purposes, or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party, without our prior written permission.

3. Use of Site Content

GETVISION hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access, download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content solely for your personal, internal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.

This licence does not permit you to use the Site Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the sale, resale, distribution, or exploitation of the Site Content. Any use of the Site Content not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

4. Deal Submissions and Communications

If you submit information, proposals, investment materials, pitch decks, or other content to GETVISION through the Site or by any other means (collectively, “Submissions”), you acknowledge and agree that:

• (a) your Submissions are not confidential or proprietary unless covered by a separate written non-disclosure agreement executed by GETVISION;
• (b) GETVISION has no obligation to review, evaluate, or respond to any Submission;
• (c) GETVISION may currently or in the future be developing or evaluating projects or investments similar to your Submission, and nothing in these Terms restricts GETVISION from pursuing such activities independently.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. GETVISION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF THE SITE CONTENT.

GETVISION does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any securities, financial instruments, or investment products. Any information relating to investments, venture capital, fundraising, or capital markets provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for making any investment decision. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS AND APPLICABLE EU LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GETVISION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF GETVISION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

GETVISION’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including but not limited to RaiseTalks, Founders to Founders, and affiliated programme sites. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by GETVISION of the third party or its content.

GETVISION shall not be responsible or liable for your use of any third-party website or service. Your use of such third-party websites or services is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall prevent GETVISION from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GETVISION with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and GETVISION regarding the Site.
